I would like to say thank you to the organisers of the Etna Spiritualist Fair in Etna, Maine on July 21st it was fun and I met many like minded people.

Wil will be presenting a guided meditation and relaxation program. The purpose of this exercise is to relieve stress and feel good, something we can all use during the holiday season. It doesn't matter if you are a seasoned meditator or a beginner.
