"About Wil Langford"

Wil is a 54 year old hypnotherapist and consciousness explorer. Born in Providence Rhode Island, he now divides his time between New England, Florida, and the Southwest. Wil has worked at many jobs including, carpenter, hypnotherapist, fiber artist, metaphysician, and father. The many instances of psychic phenomena in his life led to his lifelong search for spiritual meaning in religion, science, and philosophy with some surprising insights. He has answered the call of a higher consciousness to be a teacher and messenger of peace and love.

Many of the lessons Wil has learned have come from nature. He grew up in a rural area with lots of time spent outdoors. As a boy he loved to roam the woods with his dog and fishing pole, catching trout in secluded brooks and listening to the wind in the tall trees. His favorite books were Huckleberry Finn and Tom Sawyer. Fun was taking a blanket and frying pan and camping out in the woods in summer or winter. He now devotes some of his time and writing talent to working for environmental and ecological causes.

He still spends hours every week walking and enjoying nature or kayaking on the many ponds and lakes in Maine. As he mentions in his book, some of his most profound meditation experiences have occurred outdoors. He also spent some time racing horses in Maine and New Hampshire several years ago, but found the racing too demanding for the horses and now prefers to enjoy a simple ride in the desert or a carriage ride down a backwoods logging trail.

Wil considers his family the greatest gift and joy in his life. He is very close to his daughter who is pursuing a career as a model and his son who teaches school in a nearby town. Saturdays will often find him at a cub scout meeting or little league ballgame watching his grandson.
